I was honored to be part of the effort to improve the patient experience at America’s research hospital, as I was invited to feature eight paintings from my Colorfield, Perspective, and Architectural series in the NIH Clinical Fine Art Collection. These works were on display throughout the first quarter of 2026.
Established in 1984, the NIH collection is curated with a profound purpose: to provide respite, hope, and inspiration for patients, caregivers, and medical staff.
All eight paintings selected for this exhibition featured uplifting palettes and compositions specifically chosen to support this purpose. I was humbled to receive gratitude from several patients and staff at NIH for the peace and inspiration I provided to those walking these halls.
