My painting Tracked and Traced from my Figurative series was selected by Matthew T. McLaughlin, the independent juror of the month for the November 2024 Open Art Exhibit at The Art League, Alexandria, VA.
Don’t miss this great exhibit featuring the most recent works by many local artists in the DC area. The Art League Gallery is open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Concept:
We are all tracked and traced by all sorts of public cameras and our own devices, leaving something behind each time. Hence, the inspiration. Instead of getting paranoid about it and blocking everything online, I used it as the concept here.
